目的
探討應(yīng)用疏血通進(jìn)行抗凝血酶治療對(duì)大鼠腦出血后早期腦水腫的影響及初步評(píng)估治療的安全性。
方法
將Ⅳ型膠原酶定向注入大鼠左側(cè)的尾殼核制作大鼠腦出血模型,并在注入膠原酶后4小時(shí)通過(guò)大鼠尾靜脈注射疏血通進(jìn)行抗凝血酶治療,48小時(shí)后觀察大鼠的腦組織的含水量、K+、Na+的含量以及血腫體積來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)治療對(duì)腦出血后腦水腫的影響及治療的安全性。

Abstract
Objective
To observe the effect and safety of anti-thrombin treatment on ICH-induced early edema with Shuxuetong.
Method
We made the experimental intracerebral hemorrhage model in which Stereotaxic infusion of collagenase induced intracerebral hemorrhage. We infused Shuxuetong through tail venous 4 hours after infusion of collagenase. After 48 hours we observed the effect of Shuxuetong on brain water content, sodium and potassium content, and volume of hematoma.
