1 控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)
控制系統(tǒng)采用“集中監(jiān)測管理,分散控制”的方式。模擬屏、上位機(jī)、集線器、打印機(jī)位于中控室,二臺PLC位于控制現(xiàn)場。采用這種結(jié)構(gòu)可使生產(chǎn)過程中的信息能夠集中管理,以實(shí)現(xiàn)整體操作、管理和優(yōu)化。同時(shí),也使得控制危險(xiǎn)分散,提高系統(tǒng)可靠性。
1.1上位機(jī)
