摘要
在對(duì)液晶顯示屏顏色和亮度的檢測中,如何能夠一次將這個(gè)屏幕的均勻分布的幾個(gè)點(diǎn)的色坐標(biāo)和亮度檢測出來是十分重要的。在目前,大多數(shù)的顏色和亮度檢測儀器大都是以精確的測量一點(diǎn)為主。當(dāng)然,利用黑白CCD進(jìn)行整個(gè)屏幕的測量也是有的,但由于需要用到濾光片而使得整個(gè)儀器在制造上十分不便。
為此,本文主要采用了數(shù)碼相機(jī)作為探測儀器,通過對(duì)數(shù)碼相機(jī)所拍圖片的電平值與刺激值的轉(zhuǎn)換的分析和對(duì)其顏色系統(tǒng)的定標(biāo)可以達(dá)到和顯示屏顏色系統(tǒng)的轉(zhuǎn)換,再經(jīng)過一系列計(jì)算可以得到所拍攝圖片上各個(gè)點(diǎn)的色度坐標(biāo)和其亮度值。
此外,本文還對(duì)測量的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,得到此中檢測方法的計(jì)算結(jié)果和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的誤差。
ABSTRACT
In the measurement of the color and the brightness of the liquid crystal screen, how to measure the color coordinates and the brightness of some points that averagely distribute on the screen one time is very important. But at present, most of the apparatuses for the measurement of the color and the brightness are accurately measure only one point. Of course, measurement all the screen with black and white CCD is also receivability. But it needs the filters, the manufacture of the apparatus is very difficult.
