內(nèi)容提要

電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)是典型的機(jī)電一體化系統(tǒng),涉及的學(xué)科非常廣泛。包括機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、汽車?yán)碚?、電力電子、?jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、控制技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)和電機(jī)技術(shù)等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域,因具有節(jié)約燃料、減輕自重、提高主動安全性、有利于環(huán)保等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),已成為世界汽車轉(zhuǎn)向技術(shù)發(fā)展的研究趨勢。
減速機(jī)構(gòu)作為電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部件之一,因體積的大小直接影響安裝空間和汽車的布局,在設(shè)計(jì)的過程中不僅要滿足自身的強(qiáng)度要求還應(yīng)使其體積盡可能的小,結(jié)構(gòu)更緊湊。因此,有必要對所設(shè)計(jì)的減速機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)上的優(yōu)化,達(dá)到整體設(shè)計(jì)要求。
在優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)過程中,以減速機(jī)構(gòu)中蝸桿傳動中心距最小、蝸輪齒冠體積最小以及總體積最小為目標(biāo)。用Pro/E軟件建立汽車EPS減速機(jī)構(gòu)三維模型。應(yīng)用ANSYS軟件對汽車EPS結(jié)構(gòu)中渦輪及蝸桿組件進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度校核。對汽車EPS中動力學(xué)模型、助力電動機(jī)模型、進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模,選擇EPS助力特性曲線的相關(guān)參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)EPS的助力特性曲線。
在對電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向器減速機(jī)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)后,達(dá)到蝸桿傳動中心距最小、蝸輪齒冠體積最小以及總體積最小為目標(biāo),同時(shí)使轉(zhuǎn)向更靈活,安裝空間更小。
Summary

Electric power steering system is the typical electromechanical integration system, involved very extensive subject. Such as mechanical design, automobile theory, power electronics, computer technology, control technology, the sensor technology and motor technology etc, because it has advantages of saving fuel,weight light , improving their security and being good for the environment ,so it has became the vehicle steering technology development trend of research.
Decelerate institutions regard as one of the key components of electric power steering system , the layout of installation space and car is directly affected by the size . in design process,it is not only to meet its own strength requirement ,also should make its volume smaller, structure more compact. Therefore, it is necessary to design the deceleration institutions on the structure optimization, achieve integral design requirements.
In the optimization design process, aiming at reducing the distance of worm transmission center , worm volume and the total volume.Using Pro/E software to built 3D model of EPS. ANSYS software EPS structure turbine and check intensity worm components.buit EPS of car dynamics model, power motor model and mathematical modeling, choose EPS dynamical characteristics curve related parameters and the design of dynamical characteristics curve EPS.
After designing electric power steering gear deceleration institutions of optimized, satisfy the smallest of worm transmission center, tooth corona of worm and the total volume, while making the steering more flexible, installation space smaller.
