摘 要
該設(shè)計(jì)是設(shè)計(jì)一超聲深孔鉆床,利用超聲震動(dòng)加工深孔。振動(dòng)切削與普通切削相比,在降低切削力和切削熱方面有明顯的效果,尤其在難加工材料的加工和精密加工中,振動(dòng)切削具有普通切削無(wú)法比擬的工藝效果。因此,作為精密機(jī)械加工和難加工材料加工的一種新技術(shù),振動(dòng)切削已經(jīng)逐步滲透到多種機(jī)械加工領(lǐng)域,振動(dòng)鉆削就是比較成功的應(yīng)用實(shí)例。
振動(dòng)鉆削,即在鉆頭(或工件)正常工作進(jìn)給的同時(shí),對(duì)鉆頭(或工件)施加某種有規(guī)律的振動(dòng),使鉆頭在振動(dòng)中切削,形成脈沖式的切削力波形,使切削用量按某種規(guī)律變化,以達(dá)到改善切削效能的目的。根據(jù)實(shí)際加工的需要,適當(dāng)選擇振動(dòng)參數(shù)(頻率v,振幅A以及頻率v與工件轉(zhuǎn)速n的比例關(guān)系),可以控制切屑的大小和形狀,得到滿意的切屑,避免切屑堵塞??商岣呱a(chǎn)效率幾倍到十幾倍,提高加工精度1—2級(jí),且加工表面質(zhì)量也有較大改善。
超聲振動(dòng)深孔加工鉆床是利用超聲振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)對(duì)鉆頭施加振動(dòng),使鉆頭在振動(dòng)中切削,使切削用兩按規(guī)律變化,從而達(dá)到改善切削效能的目的。

Abstract
This design is designs a supersonic deep hole drilling machine, the use supersonic vibration processes the deep hole. The vibration cutting and the ordinary cutting compares, in reduces the cutting force and cuts the hot aspect to have the tangible effect, difficult to be processing the material especially in the processing and the precise processing, the vibration cutting has the craft effect which the ordinary cutting is unable to compare. Therefore, took the precision machinery processing and difficult to process the material processing one kind of new technology, the vibration cutting already gradually seeps to many kinds of machine-finishing domain, the vibration drills truncates compares the successful application example.
The vibration drills truncates, namely while the drill bit (or work piece) normal work to feed, (or work piece) exerts some kind of orderly vibration to the drill bit, causes the drill bit to cut in the vibration, forms the pulse -like cutting force profile, causes the cutting specifications according to some kind of rule change, achieves the improvement cutting potency the goal。According to the actual processing need, chooses the vibration parameter suitably (frequency v, oscillation amplitude A as well as frequency v with the work piece rotational speed n proportional relationship), may control the scrap the size and the shape, obtains satisfaction scrap, avoids the scrap jamming. May enhance production efficiency several times to several times, enhances the processing precision 1-2 level, also the processing surface quality also has improves greatly.
The ultrasonic vibration deep hole processing drilling machine is the use ultrasonic vibration system to the drill bit infliction vibration, causes the drill bit to cut in the vibration, causes the cutting with two according to the rule change, thus achieves the improvement cutting potency the goal.
