摘 要
機(jī)械制造技術(shù)是以切削理論為基礎(chǔ)、制造工藝為主線、兼顧工藝裝備知識的機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基本能力的培養(yǎng);是綜合運(yùn)用機(jī)械制造技術(shù)的基本知識、基本理論和基本技能,分析和解決實(shí)際工程問題的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié);是對學(xué)生運(yùn)用所掌握的“機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)”知識及相關(guān)知識的一次全面訓(xùn)練。
機(jī)械產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程是指從原材料開始到成品出廠的全部勞動(dòng)過程,它既包括毛坯的制造,零件的機(jī)械加工和熱處理,機(jī)器的裝配、檢驗(yàn)、測試和涂裝等主要?jiǎng)趧?dòng)過程,還包括專用工具、夾具、量具和輔具的制造、機(jī)器的包裝、工件和成品的儲存和運(yùn)輸、加工設(shè)備的維修,以及動(dòng)力供應(yīng)等輔助勞動(dòng)過程。
機(jī)械加工工藝過程是機(jī)械產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程的一部分,是直接生產(chǎn)過程,其原意是指采用金屬切削刀具或磨具來加工工件,使之達(dá)到所要求的形狀、尺寸、表面粗糙度和力學(xué)物理性能,成為合格零件的生產(chǎn)過程。
本文以解放牌汽車中間軸軸承支架零件為對象,編制其機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程,并對其中兩道工序進(jìn)行機(jī)床專用夾具設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract
Technology is a cutting machine based on the theory, manufacturing process as the main line, taking into account the knowledge of mechanical process equipment, manufacturing of basic skills; is the comprehensive application of basic knowledge of mechanical manufacturing technology, basic theory and basic skills, analyze and solve practical engineering problems an important part; is used by students to master the "mechanical manufacturing base of" knowledge and knowledge of a comprehensive training.
Machinery production process is started from raw material to finished product all the labor process, including both blank manufacturing, parts machining and heat treatment, machine assembly, inspection, testing and painting and other major labor process, including special tools , fixtures, gages and aids in the manufacturing, packaging machinery, parts and finished goods storage and transportation, processing equipment, maintenance, and auxiliary power supply of the labor process.
Mechanical process is part of the production process of mechanical products is the direct production process, its intent is the use of metal cutting tools or abrasive to processing the workpiece, so that the required shape, size, surface roughness and mechanical physical properties, parts of the production process to become qualified.
In this paper, the liberation of the intermediate shaft bearing support brand car parts for the objects, the preparation of the machining process planning, and procedures for the machine in which two special fixture design.
