減振器接頭壓鑄模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要:運(yùn)用壓鑄模具設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論知識(shí),分析了減振器接頭壓鑄件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),闡述了該零件模具設(shè)計(jì)中的一些關(guān)鍵問題,設(shè)計(jì)出了適合該零件的壓鑄模具結(jié)構(gòu),介紹了一種側(cè)型芯的浮動(dòng)裝配結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)模具制造中的一些關(guān)鍵問題作了說明。使用三維模具設(shè)計(jì)軟件Pro/E對(duì)制品進(jìn)行造型,構(gòu)造模具,用二維軟件AutoCAD設(shè)計(jì)繪制各零件,并使用MasterCAM軟件對(duì)型腔零件進(jìn)行加工仿真。設(shè)計(jì)和加工仿真結(jié)果表明:設(shè)計(jì)模具,尤其在型芯和型腔等具有復(fù)雜曲面零件時(shí),Pro/E具有二維和其它軟件所無法比擬的優(yōu)越性。Pro/E軟件自身所帶的模具設(shè)計(jì)功能,更加體現(xiàn)了它在模具設(shè)計(jì)中的強(qiáng)大優(yōu)勢(shì)。MasterCAM軟件對(duì)零件進(jìn)行仿真加工,可以很直觀的觀察實(shí)際加工過程,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)加工中出現(xiàn)的問題,預(yù)知成品零件的加工效果。本次設(shè)計(jì)使我對(duì)模具有更詳細(xì)和全面了解,為以后進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)知識(shí)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

Design of Pressure Casting Die for Damper Connector
Abstract: Based on the analysis of the structure characteristic of the damper connector part ,some key points in pressure casting die design for the part were presented.The die structure adapted to the pressure casting die for the part was put forward.A kind of side core floating assembly structure was introduced and some key points in the die manufactyring were described.Use three-dimensional mold design software Pro/E to carry on the modelling to the products, designs the structure of the mould , Design and draw every part with two-dimentional software AutoCAD , use MasterCAM software go on emulation of processing to type s of part. Designing and process the emulation result indicates: Design the mould , especially in the type when core and type,etc. have complicated curved surface parts, Pro/E has two peacekeeping and other superiority with incomparable software. Pro/E software mold design function brought up by oneself, reflect its strong advantage in mold design further. By MasterCAM carry on about part there aren't emulation the softwares,can ocular observation course of processing not actual very, Find the question appearing while processing in time, foresee the processing result of the part of finished product. Design this make me have to mould detailed and understand all-sidedly, for study relevant knowledge establish the foundation further afterwards.
