摘要
本設(shè)計(jì)是針對(duì)Usb接口的工藝及工裝進(jìn)行了分析和設(shè)計(jì),Usb接口的設(shè)計(jì)具有尺寸精度要求高,制作難度較大,結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜等特點(diǎn)。模具設(shè)計(jì)中的級(jí)進(jìn)模具具有生產(chǎn)效率高,加工精度高等特點(diǎn),被廣泛應(yīng)用于多方面的生產(chǎn)中。Usb接口的加工工藝要求符合級(jí)進(jìn)模的特點(diǎn),因此,本設(shè)計(jì)采用多工位級(jí)進(jìn)模具。本文就Usb接口的加工工藝進(jìn)行了比較分析,確定了合理的加工工藝;就實(shí)際生產(chǎn)狀況,經(jīng)過(guò)綜合比較確定了模具結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)模具的各個(gè)部分進(jìn)行了必要的設(shè)計(jì)分析;參考了相關(guān)模具設(shè)計(jì)資料,進(jìn)行了必要的理論計(jì)算,以此使本設(shè)計(jì)更加規(guī)范合理;在此基礎(chǔ)上,就本設(shè)計(jì)中的模具進(jìn)行了必須的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析。本課題的任務(wù)就是制定出合理的工藝方案和設(shè)計(jì)出一套精良的實(shí)用的冷沖壓模具并且符合生產(chǎn)綱領(lǐng)的要求。在設(shè)計(jì)中要充分討論工藝方案的合理性與模具結(jié)構(gòu)方案的適用性。

Abstract
Abstract:This design was aims at the Usb connection the craft and the work clothes has carried on the analysis and the design, the Usb connection design has the size accuracy requirement to be high, the manufacture difficulty was big, structure complex and so on characteristics. In the mold design's level enters the mold to have the production efficiency to be high, the working accuracy higher characteristic, is widely applied in various production. The Usb connection's processing technological requirement conforms to the level to enter mold's characteristic, therefore, this design uses the multi-location level to enter the mold. This article has carried on the comparative analysis on the Usb connection's processing craft, has determined the reasonable processing craft; Produces the condition on the reality, underwent the synthesis to be quite definite the mold structure, has carried on the essential project analysis to mold's each part; Has referred to the related mold design information, has carried on the essential theoretical calculation, causes this design by this to be standarder reasonably; Based on this, in this design's mold carried on must economic efficiency analysis. This topic's duty is works out the reasonable craft plan and designs a set of excellent practical cold stamping mold, and meets the production guiding principle requirement. Must discuss the craft plan fully in the design the rationality and the mold organization plan serviceability
