摘 要:本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目是拖拉機(jī)變速箱體三面攻螺紋組合機(jī)床總體及左主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)。組合機(jī)床主軸箱設(shè)計(jì),按專用要求進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),由通用零件組成,其主要作用是根據(jù)被加工零件的要求,安排各主軸位置并將動(dòng)力和運(yùn)動(dòng)由電機(jī)或動(dòng)力部件傳給各主軸,使之得到要求的轉(zhuǎn)速,機(jī)床主軸箱選用500 500,用中間傳動(dòng)軸帶動(dòng)主軸傳動(dòng)。在機(jī)體上加工6個(gè)滿足深22mm位置公差為0. 4mm尺寸要求的M14螺紋孔,然后加工4個(gè)滿足深18mm位置公差為0.2mm尺寸要求的M10螺紋孔,再加工2個(gè)滿足深22mm位置公差為0.2mm尺寸要求的M10螺紋孔。總體設(shè)計(jì)中設(shè)置了動(dòng)力箱、主軸箱、靠模裝置、床身等一系列裝置,并接滿足結(jié)構(gòu)合理,簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用的要求.夾具設(shè)計(jì)的目的是使工件在機(jī)床上定位準(zhǔn)確,夾緊可靠.由于被加工零件孔數(shù)量較多,且間距小,排列分散,在經(jīng)過(guò)大量的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算之后,采用了立式單工位的加工方法,同時(shí)對(duì)12個(gè)孔進(jìn)行攻絲加工。該機(jī)床成本低,加工精度高,操作使用方便,減輕了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度并提高了生產(chǎn)效率。

Design of General of Modular Machine Tool for Tapping Holes on Three-Side of spindle Box and left Headstock
Abstract: The topic of design is the design of general of modular machine tool for tapping holes on three-side of spindle box and left headstock. The design of the headstock of modular machine tool is made up of the common parts which is by special request. As major use is to be processed in accordance with the requirements of parts, arrangements for the location of the spindle. According to the working demands of the worked parts and make it get the speed which is demanded, The headstock is made in size of 500 500. It’s driven by the middle of the spindle drive shaft. The purpose of the general is to be accord with the size request of the deep of 22 mm and the location tolerance of 0.4 mm when processing the screw holes of M14.And then the purpose of the general is to be accord with the size request of the deep of 18 mm and the location tolerance of 0.2 mm when processing the screw holes of M10.The last purpose of the general is to be accord with the size request the deep of 22 mm and the location tolerance of 0.2 mm when processing the screw holes of M10. There are power supply box, spindle box, device of profile modeling, machine bed in general design. It is satisfied with the request that the frame is reasonable, simple and practical. The purpose of the design of jig is that the workpiece positioning in machine tool accuracy and clamping reliable. Hole caused by the processing parts in larger quantities, with scattered, after a large number of design and calculation, adopt the vertical single-stage processing method, processing 12-hole at the same time. The low cost of machine tools, processing and high precision, easy operation, reducing the labor intensity and improve production efficiency.
