對企業(yè)而言,人力資源是企業(yè)最寶貴最根本的資源,也是企業(yè)的“生命線”。而工資管理又是人力資源管理的重中之重。實行電子信息化的工資管理,可以讓人力資源管理人員從繁重瑣碎的案頭工作解脫出來,去完成更重要的工作。本文介紹畢業(yè)設計課題的選題背景和意義,相關的研究和開發(fā)的比較和敘述,研究開發(fā)的過程,以及設計思路和實現(xiàn)細節(jié)的考慮,最后給出了作者在畢業(yè)設計過程的體會。本系統(tǒng)著重于企業(yè)內部員工的工資管理以及員工的獎勵以及懲罰,還針對在企業(yè)中經常發(fā)生的工資不夠數(shù),或工資拖欠等不良現(xiàn)象做了員工獎勵懲罰操作及工資發(fā)放反饋兩個特殊的子系統(tǒng),還有一些其他企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)中常見的工資管理系統(tǒng),員工信息系統(tǒng),數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng),用戶信息系統(tǒng)。在這些多個系統(tǒng)中以數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)為核心指導各個系統(tǒng)進行工作,這個系統(tǒng)主要是管理員進入,對數(shù)據(jù)進行操作,為整個系統(tǒng)的重中之中。而工資發(fā)放反饋系統(tǒng)是在員工領取工資并對發(fā)放的工資總數(shù)進行查詢后,對工資發(fā)放的情況在系統(tǒng)內向上級領導反映,這樣就省略了員工向上級領導反映情況中的麻煩步驟,更杜絕了情況反映中某些徇私舞弊的發(fā)生,獎勵懲罰操作系統(tǒng)以企業(yè)的業(yè)績考核方法具體制定,增加了系統(tǒng)可用性,和人性化的思想

This system puts great emphasis on the business enterprise wages management of the internal employee and the reward and punishment of the employees, still aim at the not enough number of wages that usually takes place in the business enterprise, or the wages bear debt etc. bad the phenomenon was the employee reward the punishment operate and the wages issue two special sub- systems of feedback, having some other business enterprises management system to manage the system in the familiar wages, employee the information system, data management system, customer information system. In these several systems with the data manages the system for the core guides the each system to carry on the work, this system mainly is a managing person into, logarithms according to carry on the operation, for the whole system of heavy in. But the wages issue the feedback system is after employee receive wages combine to the wages that issue total amount carry on search, to the circumstance that the wages issue in the system introverted upper grade leadership reflection, abridged the employee to heading up the troublesome step within the class leadership reflection circumstance thus, even eradicated completely the circumstance reflection in some the occurrence that profit oneself to embezzle, reward punishment operate system with the accomplishment of the business enterprise investigate method concrete establishment, increased the system and can use sex, and humanized thought
