白藜蘆醇乙酸酯的合成工藝研究
摘要:白藜蘆醇,3,4’,5-三羥基二苯乙烯,是一種植物抗毒素,近年來,由于這種多酚化合物具有顯著的抗氧化、抑菌等生物活性和對癌癥、炎癥、心血管疾病的治療潛力,越來越多的科研隊伍對白藜蘆醇及其衍生物展開了如火如荼的研究。以乙酰氯、白藜蘆醇為原料, 采用三乙胺為縛酸劑合成方法在堿性條件下制備白藜蘆醇乙酸酯, 期望尋找活性更高的藥物。并通過實驗得到了目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物白藜蘆醇乙酸酯,后處理簡單方便, 產(chǎn)率達(dá)90. 1% 。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)過薄層色譜等進(jìn)行了表征。該合成方法可行, 并且后處理簡單方便, 產(chǎn)率高。
Abstract : Resveratrol,3,4 ,5-trihydroxystilbene, is a phytoalexin found in grapes, Polygonum Cuspidatum and other plants. In recent years, this polyphenol has attracted the attention of researchers because of its remarkable therapeutic potential including chemoprevention of cancer, inflammation, cardiovascular diseases. In addition, reseveratrol shows antioxidant, antibacterial and antifungal activities. Using Acetyl Chloride and resveratrol as the starting materials to get the target compounds by the esterification reaction,in order to synthesize a new prodrug , resveratrol acetate . And a mutual prodrug resveratrol acetate was designed and synthesized. So a novel method for synthesis of resveratrol and resveratrol trinicotinate has been afforded.
