隨著我國改革開放的深入發(fā)展，特別是香港回歸，加入WTO后與國際慣例接軌的需要，我國進入了第四次警務管理革命，計算機技術應用與警務管理已被提到議事日程上；鑒于此我選擇“社區(qū)警務管理系統(tǒng)”作為我結束本科階段學習的畢業(yè)論文。
該論文，圍繞主題，編寫了開發(fā)本軟件的全部過程和相關資料，主要內容包括：
（1）可行性分析
（2）需求分析規(guī)格文擋
（3）詳細設計
（4）概要設計
（5）界面設計和編碼
系統(tǒng)的運用了軟件工程學知識，并且附有可執(zhí)行文件，力求綜合、鞏固、深化、擴大自己所學知識，并得到符合專業(yè)能力要求的培養(yǎng)。
警務管理軟件實現(xiàn)社區(qū)常住人口、暫住人口的登記、查詢、修改，社區(qū)出租房屋登記、查詢、修改以及相關的報表打印，基本上完成人口信息管理的要求。主界面采用“速達3000進銷存軟件”的界面模式，采用所見即所的，非常友善。

Is systematic to have utilized the software knowledge of engineering science , and is prepared with executable file, make great effort to synthesize and strengthen , deepen and enlarge the knowledge that studied self , and get the training that accords with professional ability requirement.
