摘要：以電廠的DG2060/26.15-Ⅱ2鍋爐前后墻對(duì)沖燃燒器為研究對(duì)象，提出一種可以解決燃燒器的耐溫、防磨與防脫落的結(jié)構(gòu)方案。改造后一次風(fēng)、二次風(fēng)流通截面未發(fā)生變化，一次風(fēng)管與擴(kuò)錐使用壽命得到延長(zhǎng)。改造后燃燒器未再次出現(xiàn)燒損與擴(kuò)錐脫落，著火穩(wěn)定，為電力生產(chǎn)的安全穩(wěn)定提供了條件。

The using and transformation in practice of Dongfang Boiler hedge burners.

Abstract：With the xinchang DG2060/26.15-Ⅱ2 hedge burner for research object, this paper puts forward a can solve the burner and heat-resistant, prevent grind with resistance from structure scheme to burner transformation. Charge before a wind, secondary air circulation section, namely, the backflow area all comply with the design requirements. Preliminary after transforming the operation shows that has transformed the stability of the burner, fire increases greatly, burner does not appear with burning wind ring off, for electric production safety and stability provides conditions.
