摘 要
隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的不斷發(fā)展,國際紡織服裝市場競爭程度日趨白熱化。我國紡織服裝出口量多年來一直位居世界前列, 紡織服裝行業(yè)一直都是我國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),長期以來在出口貿(mào)易中扮演著重要角色,但在全球經(jīng)濟進入新一輪下滑,中國外貿(mào)出口受到的沖擊日益明顯,而在出口中,具有中國特色的加工貿(mào)易遭受的沖擊特別嚴重,這為我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展帶來了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。我國紡織服裝出口的主要形式是加工貿(mào)易,在出口的產(chǎn)品中,自主品牌所占份額極少,大都是貼牌生產(chǎn)或來料加工、 自主品牌少、缺乏國際競爭力。中國加入WTO以來,中國紡織服裝加工貿(mào)易的出口貿(mào)易額日益增加,但其面臨的外部競爭壓力也日漸增大、不可避免的存在諸多問題,解決這些問題也是刻不容緩。如何順應世界經(jīng)濟全球化發(fā)展的潮流,在危機背景下發(fā)展我國的加工貿(mào)易,提升國家經(jīng)濟實力是亟待研究的重要課題。
本文通過分析山東中地服裝有限公司加工貿(mào)易行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展的環(huán)境,探討紡織服裝加工貿(mào)易行業(yè)存在的問題:人民幣升值給紡織服裝行業(yè)帶來的壓力;產(chǎn)品附加值低、結構不合理;缺乏技術含量;缺乏品牌意識;產(chǎn)品消耗大量勞動力,利潤微薄;政府重視程度不夠。并對這些問題提出了解決措施:加強技術創(chuàng)新,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;明確紡織服裝行業(yè)發(fā)展重點;加強品牌意識,打造名優(yōu)品牌;轉變政府職能,建立相應的預警機制。希望能為該公司的發(fā)展借鑒。

Abstract
With the continuous development of economic globalization, the international textile and apparel market, competition is heating up. China's textile and garment exports has been ranked in the world textile and apparel industry has always been the pillar industry of China's industrial economy has long been in the export trade, played an important role, but the main form of textile and garment export is processing trade, export of products, very few own brand share, mostly OEM production or processing, small brands, the lack of international competitiveness. China's accession to WTO, China's textile and garment exports in processing trade increased, but the face of an increasing pressure of external competition, inevitably there are many problems to solve these problems is urgent. This paper analyzes the trade of Shandong to garment processing industry, development status, the processing trade of textile and garment industry problem: the appreciation of the RMB to bring pressure on textile and apparel industry; products with low added value, structure is irrational; lack of technical content; lack of brand awareness; products consume a lot of labor, low profits; government pay enough attention. And measures to solve these problems: to strengthen technical innovation, improve product quality; clear focus on the development of textile and apparel industry; strengthening brand awareness, build famous brands; the transformation of government functions, establishing appropriate early warning mechanism.
