摘 要
依據(jù)于麗珠集團(tuán)福州福興醫(yī)藥有限公司的發(fā)酵車間實際情況,設(shè)計了平均效價為500000IU/ml,年產(chǎn)為一百萬十億(IU)粘桿菌素發(fā)酵車間。在設(shè)計中采用了機械攪拌通風(fēng)式發(fā)酵罐、間歇流加法補糖和補氨及符合GMP制藥車間作業(yè)規(guī)范。進(jìn)行了:工藝設(shè)計、車間設(shè)計、車間圖紙的繪制、生物反應(yīng)器的設(shè)計及物料和能量衡算等。

Design a fermentative workshop of Colistin with annual production million billion (IU)
Abstract
According to the LiZhu group FuXing fuzhou pharmaceutical Co., LTD. of fermentation workshop actual situation,The average potency unit for design is 500000IU/ml,annual production million billion (IU) with colistin fermentative workshop. In the design use the mechanical ventilated motor fermentor、intermittent flow additive for sugar and ammonia water and in accordance with GMP pharmaceutical workshop working standard. The design specification contains:process design, shop drawings, workshop design drawing, biological reactor design and material and energy balance and so on.
