淺析豬人工受精過(guò)程對(duì)母豬生產(chǎn)力的影響

摘要：通過(guò)對(duì)A B兩場(chǎng)人工授精均設(shè)對(duì)比試驗(yàn)組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的影響因素研究實(shí)驗(yàn)證明1 有效精子數(shù)對(duì)母豬受胎率及產(chǎn)仔數(shù)有顯著影響可以使受胎率提高3.7%左右，經(jīng)t檢驗(yàn)分析達(dá)到顯著水平。人工授精的時(shí)間及次數(shù)對(duì)母豬繁殖性能影響也是顯著的，對(duì)于每天2次發(fā)情鑒定持續(xù)發(fā)情一天的母豬來(lái)說(shuō)2次輸精比1次輸精分娩率要高0.8%-2.6%。窩產(chǎn)仔數(shù)要提高0.2%-0.4%；對(duì)于持續(xù)發(fā)情2天以上的母豬來(lái)說(shuō)輸精2次以上比輸精1次在分娩率上提高約3.1%窩產(chǎn)仔數(shù)提高0.78%，平均值差異顯著。不同輸精速度也影響這受胎率，實(shí)驗(yàn)證明在5-10min內(nèi)輸完精比1-3min內(nèi)輸完在受胎率產(chǎn)仔率要高。
