21世紀(jì)的今天,以信息科技為重要標(biāo)志的高新科技革命的飛速發(fā)展,正在改變著世界的面貌和人類的生活方式,推動(dòng)著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來。隨著高新科技同機(jī)械行業(yè)的結(jié)合,現(xiàn)代機(jī)電產(chǎn)品不再是單純的機(jī)械構(gòu)件,而是由機(jī)械、電子、計(jì)算機(jī)等有機(jī)結(jié)合的所謂的“機(jī)電信息一體化”產(chǎn)品。
現(xiàn)代機(jī)電工程就是機(jī)械工程科技與信息科技等現(xiàn)代科技的緊密結(jié)合,然而,既是機(jī)電專業(yè)而不是別的專業(yè),自己專業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)、自己專業(yè)的實(shí)踐是絲毫不能忽視的?!熬艑又_(tái),起于壘土”,“千里之行,始于足下”,離開了實(shí)踐,一切將會(huì)成為空洞的,機(jī)電專業(yè)就更是如此。
近十多年年來,液壓傳動(dòng)在防漏、治污、降噪、節(jié)能和材質(zhì)研究等各個(gè)方面都有長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,它和電子技術(shù)的結(jié)合也由拼裝、混合到整合,步步深入。時(shí)至今日,在盡可能小的空間內(nèi)傳出盡可能大的功率并加以精確控制這一點(diǎn)上,液壓傳動(dòng)已穩(wěn)居各種傳動(dòng)方式之首,無可替代。這種情況使液壓傳動(dòng)的元件類型、油路結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和制作工藝等都發(fā)生了深刻的變化,也改變了人們對(duì)它進(jìn)行認(rèn)識(shí)、分析和綜合的方式方法。
軸向柱塞泵泵體是ZB40柱塞泵的關(guān)鍵零件之一。單件,小批量生產(chǎn)沿用普通機(jī)床加工,生產(chǎn)效率低,勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定。想要達(dá)到年產(chǎn)量1萬臺(tái)/年,同時(shí)提高生產(chǎn)率、降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、保證生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量就必須得采用專門的生產(chǎn)流水線來實(shí)現(xiàn)。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是用液壓系統(tǒng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)流水線生產(chǎn)加工過程的部份自動(dòng)化。因此,在的設(shè)計(jì)過程中我決不能馬虎,要認(rèn)真的完成每一個(gè)步驟。
ABSTRACT

As the new and high technology combines with mechanical trade, the modern electronic product is no longer a simple mechanical component, But by organized and so-called " electromechanical information integrates " products such as the machinery, electron, computer, etc.. The modern electromechanical project is that the mechanical engineering science and technology is combined closely with modern science and technology such as inform,However, it is electromechanics' professional but not other specialities,One's own specialized foundation, one's own specialized practice can't be ignored at all.
