摘 要 HOLTER即“動態(tài)心電圖”, 是一種長時間連續(xù)記錄心電活動的便攜式心電監(jiān)護(hù)設(shè)備,它彌補(bǔ)了常規(guī)心電圖僅能作短時靜態(tài)記錄的不足,是心臟疾病輔助診斷的重要手段。隨著通訊技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,無線通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)在數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方面已經(jīng)具備了很高的可靠性,使得基于無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的心電監(jiān)護(hù)成為可能。本文對傳統(tǒng)的有線心電HOLTER設(shè)備進(jìn)行升級,將其采集到的心電數(shù)據(jù)以無線的形式上傳至遠(yuǎn)程終端,以實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)生對患者病情的遠(yuǎn)程診斷。
本文的主要工作及特色如下:本文通過對有線心電HOLTER設(shè)備的升級,使其具有無線傳輸?shù)墓δ?,本次設(shè)計(jì)最主要的工作是將HOLTER采集到的TXT格式的心電數(shù)據(jù)通過無線方式傳輸至PC終端:硬件設(shè)計(jì)中采用了TI公司的低功耗CC2530作為主控制器,實(shí)現(xiàn)對各個模塊的控制;軟件設(shè)計(jì)中基于ZIGBEE架構(gòu),利用開發(fā)工具IAR Embedded Workbench進(jìn)行開發(fā),采用C語言來進(jìn)行編程。
經(jīng)升級過的無線心電HOLTER系統(tǒng)將集心電信號檢測,心電信號無線傳輸及計(jì)算機(jī)端心電信號分析功能于一體,兼?zhèn)浔銛y性和低功耗等特點(diǎn),使病人大大擺脫了對醫(yī)院的依賴性,同時也極大地節(jié)約了醫(yī)院的醫(yī)護(hù)資源,真正做到了醫(yī)生對患者病情進(jìn)行較為準(zhǔn)確地遠(yuǎn)程診斷,為未來醫(yī)院發(fā)展提供了新的參考模式。本系統(tǒng)性能穩(wěn)定、抗干擾性強(qiáng),是一種可廣泛應(yīng)用的遠(yuǎn)程輔助診斷醫(yī)護(hù)工具。本課題較好地完成了預(yù)期的設(shè)想,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的硬件電路,完成了系統(tǒng)軟件的編寫和調(diào)試。測試結(jié)果證明,本次設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到了既定的要求。

A Holter device with the function of data acquisition and wireless transmission
ABSTRACT An ECG Holter system iS one kind of portable device recording ECG data for a long time without interruption.It makes up routine ECG which can only record ECG statically for a short time.It is an important mean of heart disease aided diagnosis.With the development of communication technology,the wireless communication network has already had high reliability in the aspect of data transmission.It is possible to realize ECG monitoring based on wireless network.An ECG Holter system based on wireless communication is described in this Paper.In this paper, the traditional wired ECG HOLTER equipment is upgraded to transmit the ECG data to a remote terminal form wirelessly, in order to the doctors can diagnose the patient's condition remotely.
The following article is the main feature of this paper work :this paper by upgrading equipment HOLTER ECG cable to make it can transmit information wirelessly,the most important task in this paper is to transmit the default TXT format ECG data wirelessly to PC .Hardware design using TI's low-power CC2530 as the main controller to achieve control of each module;the software design based on ZIGBEE architecture and we use the development tools IAR Embedded Workbench for development and programming by C language.
After the upgrade, the wireless ECG HOLTER system can test ECG,transmit ECG wirelessly and analysis ECG by computer terminal portable and low power consumption.This device enables the patient to get rid of dependence to the hospital, but also greatly save the hospital's health care resources,it truly realized remotely diagnose for patient's condition accurately and provided a new reference model for the future development of the hospital.The system performance is very stable and strong anti-interference,it will be a widely applicable tool for remote medical diagnosis.The paper completed the desired result, designed the Hardware system circuit,completed the software its debug.The test results proved that this design meets the established requirements.
