摘要
本課題主要是針對座塊蓋的模具設計, 座塊蓋具有重量輕、易清潔、耐腐蝕老化、強度高、使用壽命長，制作方便、價格低廉等特點。通過對塑件進行工藝的分析和比較,最終設計出一副注塑模。該課題從產(chǎn)品結構工藝性，具體模具結構出發(fā)，對模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結構、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機的選擇及有關參數(shù)的校核、都有詳細的設計。通過整個設計過程表明該模具能夠達到此塑件所要求的加工工藝
塑料制品具有原料來源豐富,價格低廉,性能優(yōu)良等特點。它在電腦、手機、汽車、電機、電器、儀器儀表、家電和通訊產(chǎn)品制造中具有不可替代的作用，應用極其廣泛。注射成形是成形熱塑件的主要方法，因此應用范圍很廣。
注射成形是把塑料原料放入料筒中經(jīng)過加熱熔化，使之成為高黏度的流體，用柱塞或螺桿作為加壓工具，使熔體通過噴嘴以較高壓力注入模具的型腔中，經(jīng)過冷卻、凝固階段，而后從模具中脫出，成為塑料制品。
依據(jù)產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量和塑料的工藝性能確定塑件采用注射成形法生產(chǎn)。該產(chǎn)品設計為大批量生產(chǎn)，故設計的模具要有較高的注塑效率，澆注系統(tǒng)要能夠自動脫模，此外為保證塑件表面質(zhì)量采用點澆口，因此選用單分型面注射模，點澆口自動脫模結構。模具的型腔采用一模八腔平衡布置，澆注系統(tǒng)采用點澆口成形，推出形式為三十二推桿推出機構完成塑件的推出。由于塑件的工藝性能要求注塑模中有冷卻系統(tǒng)，因此在模具設計中也進行了設計。本次的設計中不僅參考了大量紙質(zhì)文獻，而且在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上查閱資料，設計過程比較完整。
