摘要: 目前,由于CMOS集成電路具有靈敏度高,工作電壓范圍大等優(yōu)點(diǎn),應(yīng)用廣泛和成熟的各種計(jì)數(shù)器都是利用CMOS集成電路制成的。可逆條紋計(jì)數(shù)儀也是以CMOS集成電路為基本組成部分,將信號(hào)進(jìn)行差分處理后計(jì)數(shù)。此計(jì)數(shù)儀具有抗干擾強(qiáng)、集成度高、應(yīng)用范圍廣、外圍電路簡(jiǎn)單、低功耗等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。設(shè)計(jì)了一種新的干涉條紋可逆計(jì)數(shù)儀,分析了對(duì)計(jì)數(shù)進(jìn)行干擾的幾種因素及排除的方法。該設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用光電變換原理,把由氦—氖激光器或鈉光燈所發(fā)出的光信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào),并經(jīng)過(guò)適當(dāng)?shù)奶幚恚迅缮鏃l紋變化的數(shù)量用計(jì)數(shù)器記錄并顯示出來(lái),比常規(guī)的干涉條紋計(jì)數(shù)手段更加自動(dòng)化,數(shù)據(jù)更加準(zhǔn)確直觀。

Abstract: A new interference fringe counter on the basis of photo electric principles which converts optical signals emitted by helium-neon laseror or sodium-light lamp into electrical ones is introduced.After data processing and caculating,number of interference fringes is displayed by the counter.This meter is automatic and the data paocessed are more precise than those of the existing interference fringe counter.
