摘 要
檢具是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)為控制產(chǎn)品的各種機(jī)械尺寸而特制的一種專用測量工具應(yīng)用于大批量生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品,如汽車零部件等,以替代卡規(guī),塞規(guī),三坐標(biāo)測量機(jī)等測量工具。游標(biāo)卡尺,深度尺屬于量具,非檢具。綜合檢具,是用于各種零件如軸類零件、箱體類零件等多個(gè)尺寸的綜合檢測。檢具通常由三部分組成: 骨架和底座部分;型體部分;功能件(功能件包括: 快速夾頭,定位銷,檢測銷, 移動(dòng)式間隙滑塊,測量表,型面卡板等)。我所作的汽車側(cè)門檢具是針對汽車側(cè)門各要求點(diǎn),技術(shù)性能和使用要求的檢測,它要求對側(cè)門從原零件的數(shù)模進(jìn)行分析,通過草圖和GD&T圖紙確定產(chǎn)品的定位,它通過定位支架和定位塊來定位,在平整的部分設(shè)計(jì)定位塊;夾緊,本檢具是通過夾緊組件來夾緊的,通過對擰緊銷的擰緊來使卡扣座閉合將零件固定于塊上;檢測,通過平齊規(guī),檢測銷和止通規(guī)來進(jìn)行面和孔的檢測,并對各功能件材料,加工方式和處理方式進(jìn)行分析,最終確定汽車側(cè)門檢具的最后設(shè)計(jì)方式。通過對比國內(nèi)外的現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展趨勢,對側(cè)門檢具的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了選擇,除了滿足產(chǎn)品一些檢測的要求外,還考慮到使用的環(huán)境,讓側(cè)門檢具在使用中更加穩(wěn)定可靠,并且使用的期限也可大大提高,不僅提高了檢測的質(zhì)量,更對檢測的成本也極大的減少,更適合于公司企業(yè)使用。

Abstract
Checking fixture is a special measuring tool for the control of industrial enterprises of various mechanical products and special sizes used in high-volume products, such as auto parts , so as to replace the card and plug gages , coordinate measuring machines to measure tool. Vernier caliper , depth gauge are measuring, non- checking fixture . Comprehensive checking fixture, is used in various parts such as the Comprehensive Test multiple sizes of shaft parts, box-type parts. checking fixture usually consists of three parts: the skeleton and the base portion ; shaped body portion ; functions ( functional parts , including : quick chuck , pin, pin detection , clearance mobile slider meter , type face card board, etc. ) . I made the car side door gages are all required points, technical performance and use requirements to detect car side door for it requires a side door for analysis from the modulus of the original parts , determining product positioning through sketches and GD & T drawings, clamping , testing , and to analyze the functional pieces of materials, processing methods and treatment , and ultimately determine the final design of the checking fixture of the way the car side door . By contrast to the status quo and development trend of domestic and foreign , to submit a side door designs were selected , in addition to a number of products to meet the testing requirements , but also take into account the use of the environment , so that the side door seized a more stable and reliable in use , and the use of the term can also be greatly improved, not only improve the quality of testing , but the cost of testing is also greatly reduced, more suitable for corporate use .
