隨著時(shí)代與社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,人類競(jìng)爭(zhēng)早已不是單打獨(dú)斗的時(shí)代。以團(tuán)隊(duì)為組織單元的當(dāng)代社會(huì),人們?cè)诓粩嗟貙で髨F(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)建的最優(yōu)方式?,F(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的一個(gè)顯著特征就是團(tuán)隊(duì)管理,一個(gè)成功的團(tuán)隊(duì)一定是一個(gè)具有高績(jī)效的團(tuán)隊(duì),而一支高績(jī)效團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè),要受到多方因素的影響。對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)不再是個(gè)體管理者之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)那么簡(jiǎn)單,在某種程度上已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)了。因此,如何打造一支高績(jī)效的管理團(tuán)隊(duì),是企業(yè)管理層必須高度重視并急需破解的問(wèn)題。本文首先介紹了團(tuán)隊(duì)和高績(jī)效團(tuán)隊(duì)的基本知識(shí),然后著重介紹了建設(shè)高績(jī)效團(tuán)隊(duì)的影響因素,最后以貴陽(yáng)五星酒業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司為例,從企業(yè)建設(shè)高績(jī)效團(tuán)隊(duì)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,提出問(wèn)題的解決對(duì)策,以塑造具有優(yōu)勢(shì)的高績(jī)效團(tuán)隊(duì),同時(shí)也希望能夠給其他企業(yè)建設(shè)高績(jī)效團(tuán)隊(duì)提供借鑒與幫助。

Abstract
With the progress of era and society, the human era of competition has already been not fight alone. In teams for the organizational unit of contemporary society, people are constantly seeking the optimal way of team building. A pronounced feature of the modern enterprise management is the management team; a successful team must have a high performance team, and the construction of a high performance team, influenced by many factors. For an enterprise, the enterprise competition is no longer a competition between individual managers so simple, to some extent has become the competition between the enterprises operation and management team. Therefore, how to build a high performance management team, enterprise managers must attach great importance to and is an urgent need to crack the problem. This article first introduces the basic knowledge of the team and the high performance, and then introduces the influencing factors of building high performance team. Finally, in Guiyang five-star wine industry group company limited for example, from the present situation of enterprise establish a high performance team and the analysis of existing problems, and puts forward some countermeasures for the solution of the problem, the advantage to establish a high performance team, at the same time also hope to be able to serve as a reference for other enterprises to establish a high performance team and help.
