The theory of the establishment and perfection of financial regulation coordination mechanism in our country
Abstract: Under the current decentralized financial regulatory system in China, establish financial supervision coordination mechanism is of important value and significance.With the growing wave of global financial integration and liberalization, mixed management has become the dominant trend in the development of the international financial industry.But the financial industry at present in China is strictly supervised respectively, financial supervision coordination in law, regulating financial holding companies, information collection and sharing system has many problems in such aspects.By drawing on the international experience of financial supervision coordination, our country should accelerate the construction of legal system, establishing and perfecting the system of joint conference for financial regulation, improve the information sharing mechanism.
