摘要 如今,超市和每個(gè)人的生活已經(jīng)密切相關(guān)。了解超市企業(yè)的營(yíng)運(yùn)管理特點(diǎn)和各環(huán)節(jié)的作業(yè)情況有助于我們更好地了解超市這個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)。并且超市作為零售業(yè)的主體,目前在我國(guó)已得到了快速發(fā)展。研究超市物流以及超市供應(yīng)鏈管理是當(dāng)代的熱門課題。
目前各大、中、小型超市都面臨著激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)局面,各個(gè)超市企業(yè)在自身采購(gòu)、供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)系、物品配送、庫(kù)存管理、信息處理、客戶服務(wù)等方面都或多或少存在著一些問(wèn)題。那些大型連鎖超市憑借著成熟的技術(shù)和國(guó)外先進(jìn)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),并取得了穩(wěn)固的市場(chǎng);而那些小型超市(包括私營(yíng)承包超市)因規(guī)模小、抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力差、管理不到位等原因而逐漸失去市場(chǎng),面臨著經(jīng)營(yíng)危機(jī)。
如何解決各類超市企業(yè)的存在的問(wèn)題,完善其管理方案,提高經(jīng)營(yíng)水平,為企業(yè)贏得良好的效益,為人民大眾更好得服務(wù),使其更佳得融入現(xiàn)代物流的熱潮,這些都有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
本文以此為背景,結(jié)合蘇果超市的實(shí)際情況,討論了超市企業(yè)如何科學(xué)合理的解決自己的物流配送及運(yùn)營(yíng)管理問(wèn)題;如何提高自身經(jīng)營(yíng)管理與客戶服務(wù)水平;如何加強(qiáng)供應(yīng)鏈管理;如何解決當(dāng)前超市企業(yè)在采購(gòu)、配送、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、信息管理等運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題的完善和解決將會(huì)對(duì)社會(huì)和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的提高產(chǎn)生一定的影響,這些問(wèn)題本身的研究與探討也必然有著它獨(dú)特的意義與價(jià)值。

ABSTRACT
In now society, the supermarket has taken a close relationship with people's lives. To know the characteristics of management and work conditions of all circles in Supermarkets can help us to understand the industry more clearly. As the supermarket Industry has become the mainly part in retail trade; it has been rapidly developed in our country nowadays.
Now, all types of supermarkets are in competition actuality. Supermarkets may have some problems in self-purchase, supply chain treatment, distribution, storage, information management, custom severing, and so on. Those big chain supermarkets can hold the market well depend on their mature technique and successful Management experiences; however, those small ones include privately owned are losing market and facing troubles because of the factors in scale, managing and weakness.
How to solve these problems, perfect management of supermarket, upgrade levels, earn more benefits, contribute more for society, firmly stand in position of Logistics environments, and open out The Third Profit Source, will important meanings.
In this paper, combined with SU GUO supermarkets, we Discuss that supermarkets how to solve logistics distribution and company management scientifically, and how to improve management serving level of supermarkets, and how to enhance the supply chain management of supermarkets, and How to settle the problems within purchase, distribution, storage and information management of supermarkets and so on. If these matter can be optimized and reasonable solved, our society and national economy can be developed well and Influenced to a good movement. Study or research this field can also provide us its Particular meaning and value.
