Catheter plastic mold design
Abstract
The basic principle of injection molding design basis, especially injection mold structure and working principle of injection molding products to make a detailed analysis, let us be more intuitive and more clearly see the internal structure of the pair dies. In combining the traditional mechanical design after the CAD / CAM technology in injection mold design, implement the model in a CAD system and injection mold design.
Making mold design, first pouring system, molded parts, stripping mechanism, mold-oriented organization, process temperature control system, exhaust system and some of the parts to do a complete design calculations.
