【摘要】2008年起始于美國次貸危機(jī)的全球性金融危機(jī)給世界各國的經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來了巨大災(zāi)難，全球經(jīng)濟(jì)萎縮。在此情形下各國均對(duì)本國政治經(jīng)濟(jì)方面做出巨大調(diào)整，國際市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加強(qiáng)。然而，從2010年開始，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)逐步回暖，在這個(gè)恢復(fù)的過程當(dāng)中，我國獲得了投資國外市場(chǎng)的大好機(jī)遇的同時(shí)，也面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)?；诖?，本文先陳述對(duì)外直接投資的概念以及我國對(duì)外直接投資的新特點(diǎn)和原因，繼而回顧我國對(duì)外直接投資的發(fā)展歷程，再闡述我國企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資國際環(huán)境、國內(nèi)環(huán)境機(jī)遇和面臨的政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義和法律政策不完善等挑戰(zhàn)，最后從企業(yè)自身發(fā)展核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和政府支持等角度提出一些有效的對(duì)策建議，以促進(jìn)我國對(duì)外直接投資在今后的快速發(fā)展。

Our country enterprise foreign direct investment opportunities, challenges and solutions
Abstract：Starting in 2008 the U.S. subprime crisis to the global financial crisis the world economy has brought great disaster, the global economic downturn. All countries have their own political and economic aspects to make huge adjustments in this case, the competition in the international market increasingly strengthened. However, starting in 2010, the gradual recovery of the world economy, in this recovery process, our access to foreign markets is a great investment opportunity, but also faces enormous challenges. Based on this, the paper will present the concept of foreign direct investment ,new features and reasons of China's foreign direct investment, and then elaborate foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises international environment and domestic political risks and opportunities facing the environment, trade protection imperfect doctrine and legal policy challenges, the final solutions put forward some effective strategies from their own core competitiveness and development perspectives of government support to promote foreign direct investment in the future of China's rapid development.
