摘 要
企業(yè)實施CRM，就是要對企業(yè)和客戶間發(fā)生的各種關(guān)系進(jìn)行全面管理，在實施企業(yè)客戶資源價值最大化的同時，還要獲得企業(yè)利潤與客戶需求的雙贏。企業(yè)進(jìn)行整體的CRM戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計時，需要考慮保持客戶的不同因素來進(jìn)行設(shè)計。
