Abstract: The Hall sensor is uses the conductor and the magnetic field relative motion, the conductor material interior current carrier (electron, hole) the sensor which makes along with magnetic field change heading this characteristic, is build electromagnetic type sensor typical representative. It has the size slightly, weight light, does not have the electronic contact, the periphery electric circuit simply, frequency sound width, dynamic characteristic good and so on characteristic, is extremely widespread in the industry each domain application. This article elaborated the Hall sensor in the automatic detection, the tachometric survey and counts aspect more advanced several applications.
一、 引言:
霍爾傳感器就是利用霍爾效應(yīng)原理,通過(guò)磁場(chǎng)、電流對(duì)被測(cè)量的控制,使包含有被測(cè)量變化信息的霍爾電壓發(fā)生變化,在利用后繼的信號(hào)檢索和信號(hào)放大電路,就可以得到被測(cè)量的信息。正因?yàn)榛魻杺鞲衅鞯幕驹砘魻栃?yīng)只包含了磁場(chǎng)、電流、電壓三個(gè)常用物理量,使得采用霍爾傳感器的被測(cè)量的測(cè)量簡(jiǎn)單易行,而磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度、電流、電壓是磁場(chǎng)、電場(chǎng)的基本物理量,所以霍爾傳感器可以進(jìn)行精確的非接觸測(cè)量。
