1 概述
三峽工程大壩為混凝土重力壩,最大壩高181m,樞紐工程混凝土澆筑總量達2800萬m3。如此巨大的混凝土工程施工總量,導致了三峽工程混凝土施工澆筑的高強度施工。
1.1 混凝土施工強度
三峽工程混凝土澆筑高峰集中在第二階段工程,其混凝土澆筑總量達1860萬m3。根據(jù)施工進展及總進度的安排,1998年為118萬m3,1999年為458萬m3,2000年為548萬m3,2001年為403萬m3,2002年計劃完成142萬m3。施工高峰時段主要集中在1999~2001年三年間,其中,以2000年的混凝土澆筑強度為最高,要求年最高澆筑量達到500萬m3,月最高達到40萬m3,日最高達到2.0萬m3以上。

另外,大型門塔機澆筑方案從拌和樓出機口到澆筑倉,均采取間歇式給料方式,供料的中轉環(huán)節(jié)多,供料效率低下,多座拌和樓與多座門塔機再與多個澆筑倉之間生產組合錯綜復雜,易于錯料,更增加了施工管理的難度......
