摘 要
隨著科學技術的不斷發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代工業(yè)產品的生產和現(xiàn)代化科學實驗活動對室內空氣潔凈度的要求越來越高,高效過濾材料的應用是越來越廣泛,發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。
本文在利用現(xiàn)有實驗裝置的基礎上對杭州濾紙、聚丙烯濾紙以及玻纖濾紙等10種濾紙的阻力性能和過濾性能進行測試和研究,并對三類濾紙的機械性能進行了測試和分析。在實驗室無法進行濾紙的分粒級效率測試的情況下,參考了國外同類裝置后,設計加工了分粒級效率檢測裝置,提出了實驗方案,進行了濾紙的分粒級效率的測試。
實驗結果表明,在測試風速范圍內,隨著風速的增大,濾紙的阻力線性增長,過濾效率越高的濾紙隨著流量的增加,阻力增長越快。從穿透率曲線可以得出,在測試條件下,杭州濾紙最易穿透濾速在11cm/s左右,99.9%玻纖濾紙的最易穿透濾速在14cm/s左右。在測試的粒徑范圍內,中效濾紙的分粒級效率隨粒徑的增大而增大,高效濾紙的分粒級效率隨粒徑變化不明顯。玻纖濾紙手折紙的性能更加優(yōu)于玻纖濾紙機折紙,為以后處理粒子粒徑分布不同的粉塵過濾材料的選擇提供參考。關鍵詞:高效過濾材料,玻纖濾紙,分粒級效率,穿透率
Study on Properties of High Efficiency Filter Material
ABSTRACT
With the development of science and technology, modern industrial production and modern scientific experiment activities have a higher requirements of the indoor’s air cleaning, the application of high efficiency filter material is increasingly widely and these filter materials playing an even more important role.
In this paper, the resistance and penetration rate of 10 kinds of filter paper such as Hangzhou filter paper, polypropylene and glass fiber filter paper were tested and studied by using of existing experimental devices, the mechanical properties of the three mentioned types of filter paper were also tested and analyzed. As the filter paper’s fractionated efficiency can not be tested in our laboratory, a fractionated efficiency tester has been designed referencing to similar foreign equipment. The experimental program was proposed and the test of filter paper’s fractionated efficiency has been carried out.
The experiment results showed that, with the increase of the wind speed, the filters resistance linear increase, the higher the filtration efficiency of filter paper is, the faster the resistance grew. We can conclude from the transmittance curve that: under the test conditions, Hangzhou filter paper’s easiest penetrating filtration velocity is 11cm/s more or less, and the glass fiber filter paper(99.9%)’s easiest penetrating filtration velocity is 14cm/s more or less. In the test particle size range, the efficiency to different particle size of filter paper’s increase with the increase of particle size, and high efficiency filter paper’s fractionated efficiency did not change significantly. The performance of hand folding glass fiber filter paper is better than machine folding glass fiber filter paper, it offered reference comments for later selection processing of different particle size distribution to dust filter material.
