摘 要

TD-SCDMA第三代[4]移動通信系統(tǒng)是我國無線通信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織CWTS提出的并得到ITU批準(zhǔn)的三大主流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一。隨著第三代移動通信的發(fā)展,我們將面臨如下的問題:TD-SCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,不但通信協(xié)議繁多,接口復(fù)雜,同時還與2G網(wǎng)共存;復(fù)雜的3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)。TD-SCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)將面臨著不斷更新的新業(yè)務(wù)挑戰(zhàn);用戶對TD-SCDMA期望值的提高,使得TD網(wǎng)絡(luò)QoS保障面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn);TD-SCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)大規(guī)模建網(wǎng)的同時,互聯(lián)互通問題在所難免。目前針對TD-SCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)的現(xiàn)有維護(hù)手段主要還是依賴于測試儀表,功能上還有很大欠缺,一般都是等到出現(xiàn)問題才進(jìn)行測試,維護(hù)處于被動,主要用于發(fā)生故障時的排障。對于全面了解網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行數(shù)據(jù),掌握網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行狀態(tài)的要求,需要一個能夠提供長期相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的維護(hù)平臺,因此,TD-SCDMA集中監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運而生。
TD-SCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)集中監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)將在系統(tǒng)的實驗研發(fā)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)與優(yōu)化,以及運行維護(hù)中,起到極其重要的作用。其主要是利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)測儀監(jiān)測其設(shè)備的狀態(tài)、或者利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)集中監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的功能來及時的檢測其設(shè)備的互連互通問題。集中監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)具有集中性、實時性、全天候三大特點,變被動為主動,它不影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運行,能夠及時發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障并預(yù)警,同時可以保存數(shù)據(jù)并復(fù)原故障場景,使移動用戶能夠?qū)崟r監(jiān)視、追蹤和測試當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀況,從而使網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)人員掌握和分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)和業(yè)務(wù)運行情況,是中國移動運營商維護(hù)和優(yōu)化TD-SCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò),實現(xiàn)“業(yè)務(wù)與服務(wù)雙領(lǐng)先”戰(zhàn)略最重要的支撐系統(tǒng)。
Iub接口作為TD-SCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)一個重要接口,該模塊信令監(jiān)測技術(shù)的研究和開發(fā)在TD-SCDMA集中監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中不可或缺。論文以TD-SCDMA集中監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)為研究背景,首先概要介紹了TD-SCDMA的技術(shù)特點和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),并深入研究了Iub接口在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的功能、協(xié)議棧結(jié)構(gòu),接著分析了TD-SCDMA集中監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能。在介紹監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)和軟件構(gòu)架的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)分析了Iub接口信令監(jiān)測的整體方案及接口的解碼監(jiān)測,并對監(jiān)測方案中的解碼模塊做了詳細(xì)設(shè)計和實現(xiàn),結(jié)合3GPP協(xié)議對仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說明,表明該文提出的Iub接口FP層信令解碼設(shè)計方案準(zhǔn)確、可靠、達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目標(biāo)。最后,對論文的研究和開發(fā)工作進(jìn)行了全面的總結(jié),并對課題的進(jìn)一步的研究進(jìn)行了展望。

Abstract

TD-SCDMA communication system is proposed by Chinese Wireless Telecommunication Standard(CWTS) and is approved by the ITU as one of the three main standard. With the development of third generation mobile communications, we will face the following problems: TD-SCDMA network structure is too complex with numerous communication protocols, interfaces, and also co-exist with the 2G network; what’s more,the data services of the 3G network is too complex. TD-SCDMA network will face new and evolving business challenges; user ’s expectations of improving the network making TD network’s QoS face unprecedented challenges; the Interconnection will also be a problem when build a large-scale of TD-SCDMA network.At present, the available means for maintaining TD-SCDMA network mainly depends on testing instruments, and there are defficiencies in function. Usually, people only do testing when the problems happens, and maintenance is passive, which is mainly used to eliminate barriers when it get failure. In order to comprehensively understand the network operations data, master the requirements of the network operational status, we need to provide a long-term data maintenance platform. Therefore, TD-SCDMA centralized monitoring system came into being.
TD-SCDMA Centralized monitoring system plays a vital role on network construction, research, network optimization and network maintenance. It mainly use the network monitoring equipment to monitor the status of the equipments, or use the function of Centralized monitoring system to detect the interconnection problems of equipments in time.Centralized monitoring system has three main features: centrality, real-time and all-weather, which could change from passiveness to activeness and does not affect the operation of the network. It has the ability to detect network failures and makes advanced warning. Furthermore it could save the data and recover failure scene, and enable mobile users to real-time monitor, track and test the current network, which would make the network maintenance personnel master and analyze the running conditions of the network and business. TD-SCDMA centralized monitoring system is the most important supporting system for Chinese mobile operators to maintain and optimizes the TD-SCDMA network, and achieves the strategy of “l(fā)eading both in business and service”.
As a very important interface in TD-SCDMA network, the researches and development of signaling monitoring technology, which are done to the Iub interafce, is indispensable to TD-SCDMA centralized monitoring system. This thesis is set in the researches of TD-SCDMA centralized monitoring system. Firstly, paper has introduced the technical characteristics and network architecture of TD-SCDMA, and also has done intensive study in the functions、structure of protocol stack。Then we analyzed the structure and functionality of TD-SCDMA Centralized mornitoring system. After introduced the overall structure of monitoring system and the architecture of software, the entire scenario of Iub interface signaling monitoring and the monitoring of interface decoding was detailedly analyzed. And exhibited and analyzed the decoding module in monitoring scenario, proved the design scenario of signaling decoding of FP layer on Iub interface is accurate and reliable, achieved the expected purpose. At last, I summarized the research and development on this thesis and looked ahead to the further research of this task.
