摘 要
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是設(shè)計(jì)完成用于材料為Q235的電纜纏繞用的繞線機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),基本原理是Q235電纜原材料置于帶軸的支架上,電纜經(jīng)電鍍后通過磁粉制動(dòng)器的制動(dòng)和調(diào)速后,經(jīng)導(dǎo)桿上導(dǎo)向裝置后使電纜通過一定的方向最后在工字輪上纏繞然后待用。繞線機(jī)在纏繞過程中,收卷直徑是不斷變化的,直徑的變化必須會(huì)引起電纜張力的變化。收卷在制動(dòng)力矩不變的情況下,直徑減少,張力將隨之增大。這是引起電纜繞線張力變化的主要因素之一。因?yàn)榇欧壑苿?dòng)器是一種多用途的自動(dòng)控制元件具有一系列良好的特性,因此本設(shè)計(jì)通過磁粉制動(dòng)器來保持繞線機(jī)的繞線速度一致。

DESIGN OF A WINDING MACHINE
ABSTRACT
The graduation project is designed for the Q235 for materials used in the cable winding machine winding design, the basic principles of the Q235 with the cable materials placed on the axis of the stent, after the cable by electroplating through the magnetic braking and speed brakes, the mediated by a post-oriented devices so that the direction of the cable through a final round on the word in public and then stand around. Winding Machines in the winding process, the rolling diameter is changing, the changes in diameter must be caused by changes in cable tension.
