摘要
本文以菱形掛籃為例,重點(diǎn)了解掛籃的構(gòu)造、設(shè)計(jì)方法及主要的分析計(jì)算步驟。其次,本設(shè)計(jì)主要是應(yīng)用MIDAS/Civil及CAD對(duì)掛籃進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
掛籃是懸臂灌筑施工的主要設(shè)備,主要由承重結(jié)構(gòu)、懸吊系統(tǒng)、錨固裝置、走行系統(tǒng)和工作平臺(tái)等幾個(gè)部分組成。本設(shè)計(jì)采用的是容許應(yīng)力法。首先,計(jì)算模板系統(tǒng)中的側(cè)模包括面板計(jì)算、加勁肋計(jì)算,驗(yàn)算其強(qiáng)度和撓度。其次計(jì)算底模、翼緣板、及內(nèi)模,選出合適的鋼材截面尺寸。最后進(jìn)行主桁架計(jì)算包括主橫梁、主桁架、吊帶等,通過(guò)MIDAS/Civil強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算、撓度檢算設(shè)計(jì)出最合適的掛籃截面尺寸,來(lái)滿足掛籃設(shè)計(jì)所要達(dá)到的要求。

Abstract
This article take the diamond form traveler as an example , the key understanding the form travrler's structure、design method and the main analysis computation step. Next, this design is mainly to the form traveler using MIDAS/Civil and CAD to carry on the design, must study grasps MIDAS/Civil and CAD.
The form traveler is the bracket fills builds the construction the major installation, mainly by the load-bearing member, the suspension system, the anchor installment, walks the good system and the working platform and so on several parts is composed. What this design uses is the permissible stress law. First, calculates in the template system's side form including the kneading board computation, the stiffening rib computation, checking calculation its intensity and the amount of deflection. The next computation bottom die, the flange plate, and the cast, selects the appropriate steel products section size. Finally carries on the principal truss computation including the main crossbeam, the principal truss, the suspenders and so on, through the MIDAS/Civil intensity checking calculation, the amount of deflection examines calculated that designs appropriately the form traveler section size, the request which satisfiedly the form traveler design must achieve.
