摘 要
闡述了光纖傳感器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用研究現(xiàn)狀,光在光纖傳輸過(guò)程中,光纖傳感器件易受到外界環(huán)境的影響,如溫度、壓力、磁場(chǎng)、電場(chǎng)、位移等 ,從而導(dǎo)致傳輸光的強(qiáng)度、相位、頻率、偏振態(tài)等光波特征參量發(fā)生變化 ,通過(guò)檢測(cè)這些的變化就獲得相應(yīng)的物理量 。然后分別介紹光纖壓力傳感器,光纖分布式溫度傳感器,光纖多相流傳感器以及光纖流量傳感器的特點(diǎn),結(jié)構(gòu),原理和優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足。論證了光纖傳感技術(shù)以其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)取代傳統(tǒng)電子傳感技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。

ABSTRACT
The advantage and present situation of application and research of fiber optic sensor have been introuduced. When the light pass in the optical fiber ,the fiber optic sensor is easy to be affected by the outside world, such as temperature ,pressure ,magnetic field,electtical field and displacement,which caused the changes of light wave characteristic scalar,such as intensity, phase , frequency , polarization of transmitting light. By means of examining the changes,which are one or more of distinguishing feature, composition rule, preponderanceand defect ,wo can obtain the relevant physical quantity. Then introuduce fiber optic of pressure, distributed temperature sensor of fiber , fiber optic of polyphasic flow and fiber optic of rate of flow esch after another.. It is demonstrated the developing tendency that the sensing technique of fiber with its distinctive preponderance will displacement the traditional electronical sensing technique.
