摘 要
本文主要介紹了基于LabVIEW 平臺設計的一種新型的尺寸參數(shù)測量儀,并利用MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫管理數(shù)據(jù),實現(xiàn)了尺寸測量、數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)記錄、數(shù)據(jù)分析等多種功能。虛擬儀器設計軟件LabVIEW具有強大的數(shù)據(jù)采集和數(shù)據(jù)分析功能,并且操作方便簡潔,程序流程清晰直觀;MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫快速靈活,簡單易用。本設計正是結(jié)合了兩者的各自優(yōu)勢,使得這種新型的尺寸測量儀與傳統(tǒng)的測量儀相比,在測量精度、成本、測量的靈活性、數(shù)據(jù)管理分析以及人機交互等環(huán)節(jié)上均有極大提高,是將虛擬儀器應用于測控系統(tǒng)的一次成功的嘗試。

ABSTRACT
This paper has introduced a design which based on LabVIEW the size parameters of a new measurement instrument, and using the MySQL database management data and realized the size measurement, that in data collection, data recording, data analysis and other features. LabVIEW virtual instrument design software has a powerful data collection and data analysis functions, concise and easy to operate, clear procedures intuitive process; MySQL database is very fast and flexible, easy to use. This design is a combination of both to their respective advantages, making this new type of size measuring instrument with the traditional measuring instrument than the measurement accuracy, cost, flexibility in measuring, data management and analysis of human-computer interaction, and other areas are have greatly improved, It is a successful attempt which is used in the virtual instrument measurement and control system.
