語音識(shí)別技術(shù)是2000年至2010年間信息技術(shù)領(lǐng)域十大重要的科技發(fā)展技術(shù)之一 ,語音識(shí)別是一門交叉學(xué)科,語音識(shí)別正逐步成為信息技術(shù)中人機(jī)接口的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),語音識(shí)別技術(shù)與語音合成技術(shù)結(jié)合使人們能夠甩掉鍵盤,通過語音命令進(jìn)行操作。語音技術(shù)的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性的新興高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)。
Microsoft speech SDK 是微軟提供的軟件開發(fā)包,其中包含了語音識(shí)別和合成引擎相關(guān)組件、幫助文檔和例程,它是—個(gè)語音識(shí)別和合成的二次開發(fā)平臺(tái)。我們可以利用這個(gè)平臺(tái),在自己開發(fā)的軟件里嵌入語音識(shí)別和合成功能,從而使用戶可以用聲音來代替鼠標(biāo)和鍵盤完成部分操作,實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的“人機(jī)對(duì)話”。
語音識(shí)別技術(shù)是讓機(jī)器接收、識(shí)別和理解語音信號(hào),并將其轉(zhuǎn)換成相應(yīng)的數(shù)字信號(hào)的技術(shù)。語音識(shí)別技術(shù)主要包括特征提取技術(shù)、模式匹配準(zhǔn)則及模型訓(xùn)練技術(shù)三個(gè)方面。此外,還涉及到語音識(shí)別單元的選取。語音識(shí)別過程包括語音輸入、特征提取、模式匹配等等。語音識(shí)別系統(tǒng)可以根據(jù)對(duì)輸入語音的限制加以分類。

Abstract
Speech recognition technology is from 2000 to 2010 the field of information technology among top ten major technologies are one of the, speech recognition is a cross-discipline, speech recognition, information technology is becoming the key technology in human-computer interfaces, voice recognition technology and voice synthesis technologies enable people to get rid of the keyboard, through voice commands to operate. Speech technology has become a competitive emerging high-tech industries.
Microsoft speech SDK is software development kit provided by Microsoft, which includes speech recognition and synthesis engine related components, to help document and routines, it is a speech recognition and synthesis of secondary development platform. We can use this platform to develop their own software in embedded speech recognition and synthesis, so that users can use voice to replace the mouse and keyboard to complete part of the operation, to achieve real "man-machine dialogue."
Speech recognition technology is to enable the machine to receive, identify and understand the voice signal and converts it into a corresponding digital signal technology. Speech recognition technology include feature extraction techniques, pattern matching criteria and the three aspects of model training techniques. In addition, it involves the selection of speech recognition units. Speech recognition process, including voice input, feature extraction, pattern matching, etc.. Speech recognition system can be restricted based on the input speech to be classified.
