摘 要

鞋楦是制鞋的基礎(chǔ)和重要模具。我國是當(dāng)今世界的制鞋大國，但制楦技術(shù)的落后嚴(yán)重制約了我國制鞋業(yè)的發(fā)展和技術(shù)的進(jìn)步。隨著人們生活水平的提高，追求個性化已經(jīng)成為一種時尚，一種生活需求，穿著時尚且個性化的鞋已成為人們生活的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。所以，開發(fā)數(shù)控刻楦機(jī)就是為了適應(yīng)品種多、周期短的現(xiàn)代鞋楦生產(chǎn)的需要。
本文首先闡述了鞋楦制造的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀，以了解國外的先進(jìn)技術(shù)和發(fā)展趨勢，以及我國在這一領(lǐng)域存在的差距。接著又闡述了數(shù)控刻楦機(jī)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，為研制數(shù)控刻楦機(jī)的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)作出指引。數(shù)控刻楦機(jī)綜合應(yīng)用了計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、自動控制技術(shù)、精密測量技術(shù)和機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)等方面的最新成就的高效自動化精密機(jī)床；它是鞋楦CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)的最終輸出設(shè)備，是鞋楦CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)中最關(guān)鍵的一環(huán)。
1. 分析了國內(nèi)外鞋楦設(shè)計(jì)制造的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了解決我國制鞋業(yè)技術(shù)設(shè)備落后問題的關(guān)鍵，抓緊研制有我們自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的數(shù)控刻楦機(jī) 。
2. 從實(shí)現(xiàn)鞋楦數(shù)控加工的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)出發(fā)，論述了數(shù)控機(jī)床的構(gòu)成和工作原理 。
3. 詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了刀具系統(tǒng)、主軸系統(tǒng)、裝夾系統(tǒng)、數(shù)控刻楦機(jī)整體結(jié)構(gòu)的研究。

Then expounded numerical control carves the current situation of the development of the shoe last machine, has guided for the mechanical system that develops numerical control and carves the shoe last machine. NC Last Carves a comprehensive application of computer technology, automatic control technology, precision measurement technology and machine tools, such as structural design of the latest technical achievements of the highly efficient automated precision machine tools； It is the final output apparatus of the shoe Last CAD/CAM system, is the most key ring in shoe Last CAD/CAM system.
