摘 要

在我國(guó)，現(xiàn)代物流正處于起步階段，物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作滯后與物流業(yè)的發(fā)展。由于缺乏標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，致使信息交換不暢，流通環(huán)節(jié)增多，流通費(fèi)用增加，大大降低了物流系統(tǒng)的效率和效益，制約著我國(guó)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展。我國(guó)物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作勢(shì)在必行?；诖?，本文主要研究某物流中心的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化現(xiàn)狀及策略問題。
首先，文章介紹了物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的概念及內(nèi)容，并且分類介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究的現(xiàn)狀。
然后，由某市長(zhǎng)安民生物流股份有限公司入手，對(duì)其企業(yè)運(yùn)作情況及管理情況進(jìn)行了概述。以其下屬的零部件配送中心JV-RDC作為例子，通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀測(cè)的情況對(duì)中心做出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化現(xiàn)狀的概述，并且發(fā)現(xiàn)其在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化方面存在不少的問題。本文選擇了從編碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、包裝尺寸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、換裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、物流安全與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、退貨物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。
最后，以JV-RDC的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化情況作為基礎(chǔ)，探討企業(yè)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化上應(yīng)該采取的策略。

Be in starting phase in our country, modern logistics, logistics standardizes development of the lagging working and logistics job. Information exchange is not smooth , intermediate links increases by, circulation costs increases by since being short of normalizing , causing, have been reducing systematic efficiency of logistics and beneficial result greatly , have been restricting development of our country logistics job. Our country logistics standardizes a job being imperative. Standardize current situation and the tactics problem owing to that this, the main body of a book study somewhat stream centre's mainly.
First, the article has introduced the concept and content that logistics standardizes, and has classified and has introduced that logistics standardizes the current situation studying at home and abroad.
And then, start with Chongqing Chang An county Min Sheng things stream incorporated company, operate condition and the administrative situation to whose enterprise having carried out a summary. Component and part distribution center JV-RDC with whose subordinate is an example, has no few problem by the fact that the condition that the scene observes doing out the summary standardizing current situation, and discovering the person to the centre in the field of normalizing. Normalizing, package the main body of a book has been chosen from returning goods stream normalizing, changing dress normalizing, logistics safety with normalizing, the code standardize five aspect being in progress expounding.
Condition is a basis, investigation and discussion enterprise ought to on normalizing finally, with the JV-RDC normalizing tactics adopting.
