摘 要

21世紀(jì)，全球人口老齡化進(jìn)程加快，由于各種災(zāi)難和疾病造成的殘障人士也逐年增加，殘疾人和老年人成為社會(huì)群體的重要組成部分，讓他們與無(wú)殘障人士間實(shí)現(xiàn)平等、無(wú)障礙的溝通與交流已成為當(dāng)今社會(huì)共同關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。行動(dòng)不便的人或殘疾人乘車(chē)，在其上下車(chē)時(shí)需要有身體條件好的人將其抱上或抱下，或幾個(gè)人將其抬上或抬下，由于車(chē)門(mén)大小和車(chē)內(nèi)空間有限，這個(gè)上下車(chē)的過(guò)程中行動(dòng)極不方便，稍有不慎，還會(huì)受傷。本文設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)無(wú)障礙出租汽車(chē)輪椅升降機(jī)構(gòu)，用于方便坐輪椅的人員上下面包型出租汽車(chē)。本論文了一種無(wú)障礙車(chē)輪椅升降系統(tǒng)，具有升降平臺(tái)、控制升降平臺(tái)在地面與汽車(chē)間上升與下降的伸縮套筒式液壓缸升降機(jī)構(gòu)、輪椅鎖緊機(jī)構(gòu)、液壓控制裝置，套筒式升降機(jī)構(gòu)與升降平臺(tái)用機(jī)械臂通過(guò)鉸鏈連接，液壓缸活塞桿裝置將輪椅鎖緊機(jī)構(gòu)固定升降平臺(tái)在一定位置上，通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的桿組機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的操作即可控制運(yùn)動(dòng)。本設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外型美觀(guān)，可適用于不同規(guī)格形狀的輪椅，人坐在輪椅上不動(dòng)，操作無(wú)障礙車(chē)輪椅升降系統(tǒng)就能自動(dòng)上下車(chē)，操作簡(jiǎn)單，動(dòng)作安全可靠，方便殘疾人及老年人乘車(chē)出行。
