摘要
高速接縫式自動包裝機是實現(xiàn)薄膜材料裹包塊狀物品的一種包裝設(shè)備,廣泛應(yīng)用于食品、化工、日用品、醫(yī)藥、小五金等部門。
本文在分析高速接縫式自動包裝機的包裝工藝和使用要求的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對關(guān)鍵部件的理論分析,提出一種實用、簡單、可靠和通用的傳動系統(tǒng),將單一包裝尺寸拓展為袋長和產(chǎn)量可調(diào)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式;對供送薄膜結(jié)構(gòu)、中封牽引器結(jié)構(gòu)等關(guān)鍵部件的設(shè)計原理、結(jié)構(gòu)特點等做了較為詳細的研究和設(shè)計。
本文研究了補償原理、補償結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計出中封牽引薄膜的補償裝置:采用齒輪差動補償機構(gòu),可提高包裝機的可靠性;提出適應(yīng)包裝袋長度可連續(xù)變化的機構(gòu),可擴大包裝機的包裝規(guī)格和使用范圍;本文研究對其它袋裝包裝機械的設(shè)計和開發(fā)有著積極的指導意義。
本文借助了AutoCAD等繪圖軟件進行傳動系統(tǒng)、薄膜供送系統(tǒng)以及中封系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,這種利用計算機作輔助設(shè)計和分析的方法,可以應(yīng)用于其它類型包裝設(shè)備的設(shè)計
和分析中。

Design of Film Feeding Structure and Mid-seem Driving Structure —— The high-speed automatic seaming packer
ABSTRACT
The high-speed automatic seaming packer can pack the nubbly product with film,especially use in the area such as foods,chemical products,commodity,medicine,hardware etc.
Through analyzes the packing techniques,using requirements and the principles of the key part of the high-speed automatic seaming packer, this paper offered an applied,simple,stable and universal driving system which using a new structure from that can adjust the packaging length and the output instead of the single packaging size.In this paper,desigh priciples and structure characteristics of the key parts such as film feeding structure,mid-seem driving structure,end-seem cutter structure have been researched and designed in detail. In this paper,through builing the moving,analyzes the kinematics dislinarain of the every organ and offers the feasible optimizing structure to meet the packaging technology needs. At the same time,this paper offers an integrated design mathod to the key parts.
This paper designs a mid-seem film driving compensatory device throught research the compensatory principles and the compensatory structure. Analyzing a gearing differential compensatory organ can help to increase the reliability of the packdging machine.Through offers a structure that can adapt the change of the length and and-seem cutting swivel shifting structure,make the multi-funtion of the packaging machine come ture.Integrating the electric control system,this paper offers a driving system structure which can adapt the change of the packaging bag length and can direct the design and exploiation of other bag packaging machine actively.
This paper analysis the moving disciplinarian and structure design using AutoCAD etc. This mathod that using computer aided design and analysis can apply to other packaging machine’s design and analysis.
