摘要:
很多種類(lèi)的鑄造缺陷,比如澆注不足、冷隔、裂紋、縮孔等等都是在充型和凝固過(guò)程中形成的,這些缺陷會(huì)極大的影響最終的鑄件性能。為了對(duì)壓鑄過(guò)程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,需要建立充型和凝固過(guò)程的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)AZ91D鎂合金汽車(chē)螺塞的壓鑄過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)值模擬,澆注過(guò)程中每個(gè)階段的填充狀態(tài)都得以呈現(xiàn)。經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)值模擬,得出了鑄件的溫度場(chǎng)變化,并預(yù)測(cè)了鑄件中縮孔和縮松出現(xiàn)的部位,預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果與實(shí)際相符合。依照模擬結(jié)果提出了改進(jìn)方案,并對(duì)改進(jìn)方案進(jìn)行模擬比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)改進(jìn)方案的缺陷明顯減少。
