摘要: 廣珠城際軌道順德站特大橋,橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)布置類(lèi)型為(39.3+64+39.3)m直線(四線)連續(xù)道岔連續(xù)梁+15孔32m七箱單室梁+(4×32)m(四線)道岔連續(xù)梁+(32+48+32)m緩和曲線連續(xù)梁,七箱單室梁中間三榀濕接后整體架設(shè)為全國(guó)首例,其箱梁在梁場(chǎng)內(nèi)濕接,架橋機(jī)整體提運(yùn)架工藝,及箱梁滑移梁技術(shù)為全國(guó)首創(chuàng)。根據(jù)七箱梁現(xiàn)場(chǎng)濕接的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及其架梁的實(shí)際工藝,結(jié)合廣珠城際軌道綜合工程ZH-1標(biāo)順德梁場(chǎng)LC31.5-740運(yùn)價(jià)一體式架橋機(jī)架梁工藝,介紹七箱單室梁架設(shè)施工工藝。
Abstract: The bridge structure of Shunde extra-large bridge on Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity railway are as follows: four lines straight line continuous girder(39.3+64+39.3)m, 15 seven boxes single-room girders( each one 32 ) m, four lines turnout continuous girder(4×32)m and(32+48+32)m transition curve continuous girder. The technology that the middle three of seven boxes single-room girders which are wet grafted is the first case. Girders wet grafting at beam fabrication and transmitted wholly by bridge erecting machine, and slippage of box beams are all among top technologies in china. According to the experience of seven boxes girder wet grafting and the technology of bridge erection, combined with the technology of bridge erection girder carrying-erecting combined type on Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity railway large comprehensive project ZH-1V beam field in Shunde LC31.5-740, seven boxes single-room erection construction technology is introduced.

隨著中國(guó)鐵路跨越式發(fā)展,高速鐵路、客運(yùn)專(zhuān)線建設(shè)已經(jīng)掀起了一個(gè)前所未有的施工高潮。城市間的高速公路或鐵路,為避免和其他線路平面交叉、節(jié)省用地、減少路基沉陷(某些地區(qū)),也可不用路堤,而采用高架橋。這種橋因受既有建筑物限制和線路要求,很多彎橋和坡橋。高架線路橋的上部結(jié)構(gòu),一般多采用簡(jiǎn)支梁或連續(xù)梁(或剛架),懸臂梁較為少見(jiàn)。用簡(jiǎn)支梁時(shí),為保證橋面行車(chē)平順,常做成橋面連續(xù)的簡(jiǎn)支梁。這種高架橋幾乎都是把箱梁在梁場(chǎng)預(yù)制好后,通過(guò)架橋機(jī)把箱梁架設(shè)到橋墩上。但目前通過(guò)架橋機(jī)架設(shè)的橋梁多數(shù)為單箱單室梁、單箱雙室梁、雙箱單室梁、還有T型梁,廣珠城際軌道順德站特大橋,四線七箱單室梁較為特殊,我項(xiàng)目部針對(duì)廣珠城際軌道交通工程ZH-2標(biāo)段四線七箱梁架設(shè)的特殊情況,研究了四線多榀單室箱梁的架設(shè)流程、施工工藝。得到了切實(shí)可行的七箱單室梁梁架設(shè)施工工藝。
