摘要:
介紹了半導(dǎo)體激光器的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展后,接著又詳細(xì)的介紹了增益曲線的測量原理。為了更好地了解半導(dǎo)體激光器的工作特性,我們通過實(shí)驗(yàn)來驗(yàn)證了理論上的正確性。測量得到了被測半導(dǎo)體激光器的增益曲線,對激光器的增益特性進(jìn)行了比較深入的討論。發(fā)現(xiàn)在閾值電流以下,隨著電流的增加,增益曲線沿縱軸方向上移,峰值增益增大;并且在相同波長處,兩個不同工作電流下的增益系數(shù)之差越來越小。

Abstract:
And we mainly studied the following characteristics: When bellow the threshold, the curves shift upwards and the maximum value increase as the bias current rises; While the wavelength is the same, the difference of the gain coefficient between different bias current become smaller and smaller. For each characteristic we have explained theoretically.
