面對(duì)日益激烈的市場競爭,企業(yè)要確保發(fā)展,就需要有一套完善的、對(duì)外具有競爭力、對(duì)內(nèi)公平、具有激勵(lì)作用的薪酬制度。薪酬制度的最終目的就是要不斷產(chǎn)生激勵(lì)效應(yīng),為提高企業(yè)的競爭力和整體實(shí)力夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
本設(shè)計(jì)的目的在于為公司設(shè)計(jì)適用于本企業(yè)的薪酬制度, 通過對(duì)企業(yè)薪酬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的確定、薪酬核算體系的建立、薪酬管理體系的設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行本公司具體的薪酬制度設(shè)計(jì),建立薪酬管理與薪酬控制相結(jié)合的薪酬體系。
對(duì)xx市第五建筑公司薪酬體系的設(shè)計(jì),能夠規(guī)范該公司的薪酬核算工作,在薪酬管理方面,真正做到以人為本,通過建立基于素質(zhì)的薪酬體系和科學(xué)的薪酬制度來激勵(lì)員工更好地工作。對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部薪酬體系進(jìn)行持續(xù)地調(diào)整,為組織中的每一個(gè)崗位或技能分配貨幣價(jià)值,建立一個(gè)基本工資率有序增長的程序,希望提高員工對(duì)薪酬分配的滿意度。

Facing the intense market competition,the enterprise must guarantee the development day by day,needs to have a set perfectly,to have the competitive power,internal fair,to have the drive function salary system outward.The salary system's final goal is must have the excitation effect unceasingly,to enhance enterprise's competitive power and the overall strength ramming foundation.
The this design's goal lies in for the corporate design is suitable for this enterprise's salary system,through to the enterprise salary standard's determination,the salary calculation system's establishment,the salary management system's design,carries on this company concrete salary system design,the salary system which the establishment salary management and the salary control unify through to Daqing fifth General contractor salary system's design,the standard this company's calculation work,in the management aspect,has achieved the talented person is a book truly,through the establishment based on the quality salary system and the science salary institutional arrangements drove that the staff works well.
Carries on to the enterprise interior salary system adjusts continually,for organization's in each post or the skill assignment monetary value,establishes the procedure which a basic wage rate order grows,hoped that enhances the staff salary degree of satisfaction.
