摘要

食品安全是全球關(guān)注的公共衛(wèi)生焦點(diǎn)問題之一，它不僅關(guān)系人的生命和健康，對國家政治穩(wěn)定、建設(shè)和諧社會、維護(hù)社會良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展都產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重影響。通過對XX市食品安全監(jiān)管體系建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及效果進(jìn)行了考察和分析，分析出XX市的食品監(jiān)管存在，食品安全監(jiān)管控制體系不健全、市場監(jiān)督機(jī)制尚未形成、以及政府管理制度執(zhí)行力度不夠等問題，結(jié)合XX市食品安全監(jiān)管實(shí)際情況，為解決XX市食品安全監(jiān)管問題提出了相應(yīng)的解決對策，為改善XX市的食品安全的管理、食品安全監(jiān)管效率、保護(hù)消費(fèi)者和促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供有意義的參考。

Harbin through food safety supervision system and the effects of the current status of the study and analysis, an analysis of the city of Harbin, the existence of food regulation, food safety monitoring and control system is not perfect, the market monitoring mechanism has not yet been formed, as well as inadequate management systems, such as the implementation of issues; combination of Harbin actual situation of food safety regulation, in order to address the food safety supervision in Harbin made the corresponding solution, in order to improve the city of Harbin, the management of food safety, food safety, regulatory efficiency, protect consumers and promote economic development to provide significance of the reference.
