摘要
目前很多中小企業(yè)為了適應信息革命的要求,提高自身的競爭
力,正打算或正在建立符合企業(yè)特色的公文管理系統(tǒng)。但是,這些中
小企業(yè)由于自身信息化基礎比較薄弱,計算機軟、硬件配置較差,而
且員工的素質(zhì)也參差不齊,同時其經(jīng)濟實力并不雄厚,不可能像政府
或大公司、大企業(yè)那樣進行大量投資建設信息系統(tǒng)。隨著Web和數(shù)據(jù)
庫技術的融合,基于Web應用的公文系統(tǒng)也顯示出了優(yōu)越性,本文從
中小企業(yè)的實際情況出發(fā),在用戶需求分析的基礎上,提出中小企公
文管理系統(tǒng)的基本目標,并闡述基于面向?qū)ο蠹夹g的結構設計和功能
設計,給出了基于Tomeat+StrutS+Hibernate+Oracleg+Jdkl.4的公
文管理系統(tǒng)實例。
系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了部門、用戶管理,公文發(fā)送,公文接收,公文回復、
轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)、簽收等功能。本文主要有五章組成:第一章為前言,簡單扼要
的概述了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)背景、發(fā)展概況、以及開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的重要意義;第
二章需求分析,對系統(tǒng)進行用例模型建模并對用例進行了詳細的分
析;第三章系統(tǒng)設計,包括詳細設計、概要設計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設計;第四
章實現(xiàn),包括開發(fā)環(huán)境的構建及關鍵部分的實現(xiàn)代碼;第五章系統(tǒng)測
試,包括對軟件的各方面測試;第六章為總結和展望。本文對中小企
業(yè)實現(xiàn)公文的網(wǎng)絡傳輸具有參考價值。
