Abstract
With the popularity of the network and the increase of pressure in our modern life, more and more people choose the life of otaku. As a result of the tideway, the culture of otaku rises quietly in all over the world. Now we take postgraduates of the Year 2010 in One Medical School as an example. All respondents are major in medicine, most of them will have to do research and practice in hospital at the same time, it is important for them to prepare well for the next two year of their postgraduate lives .If not, they may have a hard life in the next  two year  and can not find a good job after we graduate. However, we have found there are many students around us who spend much time at dormitory. So In order to  make our  universities ,our tutors as well as the students pay more attention to the otaku phenomenon, we conduct this survey. We collect the information of otaku phenomenon by the distribution of questionnaires and face to face interviews. The results of our study show that the otaku phenomenon has become commonplace among our campus .In our study, There are 198 postgraduates involved in the Questionnaires, Approximately 94.9% of respondents think otaku has become a common phenomenon among their classmates. OF all the respondents,36.4% are proved to be otaku people .Among which 86.1% have tried to change this  way of life ,but most of them  have failed. Although 61% of all the respondents owe the life of  Otaku to the spreadwide internet,they still think our universities have played an important role in the formation of such phenomenon, and the school should take measures to guild the life of its postgraduates. In conclusion,we can see there are many otaku students among postgraduates,
it is time for our educators pay more attention to these groups of people and take measures to guild them.
