摘要：
在市場經(jīng)濟下，機遇與挑戰(zhàn)、投入與產(chǎn)出、收益與風險是不可分的，往往風險較高的經(jīng)營項目其收益一般也比較豐富，反之風險較低的項目或無風險，其風險必然比較低??；往往抓住機遇、敢于承擔風險就能得到更多的發(fā)展空間，不愿承擔風險往往失去機遇，發(fā)展緩慢。財務管理部門與企業(yè)的其他經(jīng)營管理部門緊密聯(lián)系，貫穿于企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的整個過程，那么作為財務管理中的財務風險問題也就是重中之重，越來越值得我們也是必須去關注。財務風險作為一種信息，在當今激烈的市場競爭下要想不被市場所淘汰，我們采用唯物辨證、主觀與客觀、理論于實際相結合的方法，對財務風險進行分析預測，采取及時有效的進行財務風險控制，行適當?shù)呢攧诊L險決策，從而在經(jīng)濟競爭中處于有利地位。
