生產(chǎn)線平衡(Streamline Balancing)就是對(duì)生產(chǎn)線的全部工序進(jìn)行平均化，調(diào)整作業(yè)負(fù)荷，以使作業(yè)時(shí)間盡可能相近的技術(shù)手段與方法，是生產(chǎn)流程設(shè)計(jì)及作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化中最重要的方法體系。在大批量生產(chǎn)制造系統(tǒng)中，裝配線平衡問題關(guān)系到整個(gè)生產(chǎn)制造系統(tǒng)的效率。如何在現(xiàn)有條件下最大限度地提高生產(chǎn)效率，如何均衡各工作站的生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷直接影響到工作效率。
論文系統(tǒng)介紹了生產(chǎn)線平衡性對(duì)企業(yè)流水線的重要作用,以及提高流水線負(fù)荷率和效率這一生產(chǎn)線平衡的方法；通過收集大量的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和文件資料，利用工作研究和平衡生產(chǎn)線的相關(guān)技術(shù)和方法，對(duì)DANZE裝配線進(jìn)行分析和改善，并根據(jù)生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍對(duì)該裝配線進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)線平衡設(shè)計(jì)。主要解決工序流程不合理問題以及通過合理劃分工作地來提高關(guān)鍵工序的生產(chǎn)能力,以達(dá)到消除工序不平衡，消除工時(shí)浪費(fèi)，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)“一個(gè)流”生產(chǎn)，提高生產(chǎn)效率的目標(biāo)，令企業(yè)在現(xiàn)有條件下使裝配線平衡程度達(dá)到了最佳，為降低生產(chǎn)成本，提高生產(chǎn)效率奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

ABSTRACT
The balance of the production line is to make all work carry on equally. It is the technical means and method that make the time of each work possibly close by adjusting the work burden, and it is also the most important method to standardize production process and work. In mass production system, assembly line balance impact the efficiency of the whole manufacturing system. It directly impacts work efficiency that how to balance the work load of each station.
This paper introduced the production line balance systematically to the important function of the business enterprise flowing water line and the principle, and introduced an exaltation and efficiency this production line balance of method; By collecting a great deal of related data and document data, then used the technologies of work study and the balance of the production to improve the assembly line, according to the produce rhythm of the flowing water line of the business enterprise carry on a design of the production line balance. Mainly resolve reasonless problems in the work process and pass the reasonable demarcation work ground to raise the production ability of the key work to attain cancellation work preface unbalance, remove man-hour waste, carry out "1 flow" production hard, raise production the target of efficiency, and make the line balance to the best level under the current situation of the enterprise, to reduce the production cost, raised the production efficiency to lay the foundation.
