論秘書(shū)人員的職業(yè)形象

摘要
形象是在一定時(shí)期、一定環(huán)境下社會(huì)或公眾對(duì)組織或個(gè)人的外在表現(xiàn)和內(nèi)在素質(zhì)的印象、看法、認(rèn)識(shí)的綜合體現(xiàn)。而職業(yè)形象就更進(jìn)一步要求形象要具有專(zhuān)業(yè)性，是在所從事的職業(yè)基礎(chǔ)上要注意到的形象問(wèn)題。隨著當(dāng)今社會(huì)的發(fā)展，秘書(shū)逐漸成為了最廣泛的職業(yè)，這就涉及到秘書(shū)人員的職業(yè)形象問(wèn)題。秘書(shū)人員的形象在很大程度上展示著一個(gè)部門(mén)、一個(gè)單位的整體面貌。作為一名合格的秘書(shū)，職業(yè)形象的塑造不可或缺。本文將從秘書(shū)職業(yè)形象的重要性，秘書(shū)職業(yè)形象的確立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及如何塑造秘書(shū)的職業(yè)形象三個(gè)方面來(lái)論述秘書(shū)的職業(yè)形象。從而進(jìn)一提高人們對(duì)秘書(shū)職業(yè)形象的認(rèn)識(shí)，對(duì)秘書(shū)的實(shí)際工作有所幫助。

Abstract
The image is in certain period, certain conditions of social and public organizations or individuals to external and internal quality performance, the impression, views of the integrated embodiment. But professional image is demanding further image to have professional that is engaged in professional basis to notice the image problem.Along with the development of modem society,secretary is gradually becoming the most extensive career.This involves secretarial staff's professional image problem.The secretary personnel in the image shows a largely department or unit of the overall appearance.As a qualified secretary，professional image are indispensable.This paper from the secretary professional image, the importance of the establishment of secretary professional image, and how to build the secretary of the standard of professional image three aspects of secretary professional image.Thus a secretary professional image for improving people's understanding of the actual work, secretary of help.
